Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
Enter and update customer data accurately into the database using data entry skills
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels




Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement

Skills
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information effectively
Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and patience
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and service data for continuous improvement
