- Lead teams in embracing Agile-Scrum methodologies
- Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies throughout
- Promote effective conflict resolution and decision-making
- Ensure smooth communication with clients and internal teams
- Support capacity management and Agile training initiatives Requirements:
- Located in Québec with French fluency
- Certification in Scrum (CSM or PSM I/II)
- Experience in a Scrum Master role advantageous
