Inspection and Diagnosis:

- Perform regular inspections of avionics systems, including radars, radios, navigation systems, and flight instruments.
- Diagnose failures or problems on the aircraft's electrical and electronic components.

Maintenance and Repair:

- Repair or replace defective parts of avionics systems, such as wiring, sensors, antennas, and other components.
- Test systems after repair to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform software updates and calibrate equipment.

New Systems Installation:

- Install new or modernized avionics equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations.
- Configure and adjust avionics systems to ensure seamless integration.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Keep maintenance records up to date for each aircraft, including interventions performed, tests, and replaced parts.
- Ensure all maintenance operations comply with air safety standards and aeronautical authority regulations.

Pre-flight Tests and Checks:





- Collaborate with pilots and maintenance teams to test avionics systems before each flight to ensure safety and optimal aircraft performance.

Technological Innovation Monitoring:

- Stay informed of new technologies and updates to avionics equipment to maintain aircraft at the highest standard of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

- D.E.C. in avionics or equivalent;
- Five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance;
- Ability to acquire a DA and a CIZR card, essential;
- Knowledge of AMOS;
- ACA TE;
- A330 endorsement and/or A320 family is an asset;
- Demonstrated ability in avionics techniques;
- Team spirit, resourcefulness, initiative;
- Bilingualism (English, French)
