We are looking for an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience finishing concrete and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
Prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces
Use hand and power tools to finish concrete
Set and work with forms, edges, and joints
Operate bull floats, power trowels, and other concrete-finishing equipment
Ensure concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and properly finished
Perform patching, repairs, and other concrete-related work as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements
Work effectively as part of a crew and follow directions from supervisors

Qualifications
Previous concrete finishing experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods




Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-focused attitude
