What you’ll do
Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and manage appointments
Handle payments, billing, and insurance
Learn our dental software and office systems
Learn & assist with sterilization and infection control
Support the clinical team and room turnovers
Help with inventory and day-to-day practice needs
Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

Your primary location will be Rocky Mountain House, with occasional travel to Rimbey and Drayton Valley, and, as we grow, our recent Sylvan Lake location opening in Fall 2027. Dental experience is an asset, but not required. Customer service experience and the right personality matter most.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
