Participate in prototyping, architecting, and building the development, production, and test infrastructure supporting Tecsys services
Build and automate client infrastructure deployments
Design scalable deployment, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation solutions across the Tecsys platform lifecycle
Leverage artificial intelligence agents (Amazon Kiro) to orchestrate and accelerate technical tasks while validating results
Develop deployment logic, automated tests, and incident response playbooks
Manage AWS/Azure infrastructure, hybrid architectures, Kubernetes, and container environments
Monitor platform stability, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call support
Collaborate with development teams on deployment automation and infrastructure scalability
Plan and execute maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience supporting high-volume, highly available Java/.NET production systems
2+ years of production experience with AWS or Azure
Robust foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix, Bash, scripting, and networking
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Terraform, and Ansible
Solid knowledge of AWS/Azure infrastructure, including IAM, EC2, VPC, load balancing, and autoscaling




Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Recent Relic, or Nagios
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident, or holder of a valid Canadian work permit
