This key role enhances Board effectiveness and oversight through an integrated governance framework in a versatile work setting. You will report to the Vice President Communications and play a vital role in facilitating effective governance practices.

Your responsibilities will include leading Board operations, managing governance disclosures, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also coach the Executive Team and oversee the Secretariat's performance and strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain annual Board and committee calendars and agendas
Develop and manage governance materials and protocols
Support Board assessments and improvement plans
Custodian of all governance records and policies
Lead governance content for public reporting Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in governance-related field
At least seven years of corporate governance experience
In-depth knowledge of Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act
Proven ability to manage sensitive governance issues
