Roberts & Obradovic Law is an employment law firm representing employees across Ontario. Most people who call us are dealing with a termination, a workplace dispute, or a contract they don't understand, and they're often stressed. The Client Intake Coordinator is the first person they speak to.

This is a front-line role with real responsibility. You'll gather the facts of each current inquiry, help decide what should happen next, and get the right people booked with the right lawyer. When you do it well, clients feel calmer, lawyers walk into consultations prepared, and the firm runs on time.

Your day-to-day
Answer current inquiries by phone, email, and website chat, and be the steady voice on the other end
Ask the right questions to capture the details a lawyer needs to assess the matter
Book and confirm consultations, and keep lawyers' intake calendars accurate
Follow up with prospective clients so nobody falls through the cracks between first contact and consultation
Keep intake records, documents, and our client database complete and up to date
Pitch in on administrative projects that keep the office moving





Who does well here
Confident and warm on the phone, transparent in writing
Comfortable making judgment calls and escalating when something looks urgent
Discreet with sensitive personal and employment information
Organized enough to juggle a full inbox and a ringing phone without dropping details
Comfortable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Helpful, not required
Prior intake, reception, or client-service experience in a law firm, clinic, or call-based role
A paralegal diploma, law clerk training, or legal education from Canada or abroad
Familiarity with Clio or another practice-management or CRM system
A second language

Full-time, in person at our Scarborough office
$40,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience
