Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Toronto, ON, supporting customers in both Spanish and English. The specialist provides front-line assistance via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions, responding to inquiries about products, orders, and account information.

Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, processing requests, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The role also involves escalating complex cases, collaborating with internal teams, and sharing customer feedback to improve processes and overall customer experience. The specialist is expected to maintain qualified communication, adhere to service standards, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and dedication to Customer Satisfaction.




Ability to enhance Customer Experience through empathy, problem-solving, and proactive issue resolution.
Qualified Phone Etiquette and explicit written communication in both Spanish and English.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
Experience in a call center, retail, or service-oriented setting preferred.
Comfort with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
High level of reliability, integrity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory customer interactions.
Availability to work a consistent full time schedule, which may include occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
