Your attention to detail will ensure accurate check-ins/checkouts, along with handling guest requests efficiently. This part time role requires flexibility with early mornings and late evenings to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed check-ins and checkouts for guests
• Ensure exceptional service for all guests




• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Operate front desk equipment and reservation systems
• Prepare daily reports for management review
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required
