Manage caseloads, including assessment and individual program planning
Conduct counseling for clients and families in need




Monitor and resolve case issues with community-based organizations
Educate stakeholders about services and available resources
Oversee current social workers and practicum students Requirements:
Bachelor of Social Work or related degree
Valid driver's license for travel
Knowledge of social work principles and diversity issues
Experience with individuals in diverse settings
