Job Title: Credit Analyst

Location: Acheson, AB

Employment Type: Full time, Contract (2–3 Months with potential for extension/permanent hire)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role An prospect is available for an experienced Credit Analyst to support an active credit and finance department in Acheson, Alberta. Working an early-morning shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM), this role balances risk management, credit approvals, and relationship-driven B2B collections.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end B2B collections outreach via targeted phone and email communications.
Analyze financial data, run credit checks, and determine credit limits for recent customer onboarding.
Monitor accounts receivable aging, evaluate existing customer limits, and recommend adjustments.
Evaluate held orders against credit criteria and authorize releases in line with company policy.
Investigate customer invoice discrepancies,



coordinate dispute resolution, and provide billing documentation.
Negotiate structured payment plans and securely process payments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure smooth account onboarding and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of dedicated credit evaluation and business-to-business (B2B) collections experience.
Excellent negotiation, de-escalation, and dispute-resolution skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP).
Hands-on experience working with mid- to enterprise-tier ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes efficiently.
Reliable personal transportation to Acheson for a 6:00 AM daily start.
