Title: Account Maintenance Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Daily Responsibilities:
Processing of daily task – incoming cheques, incoming and outgoing wire using systems such as ServiceLink, Client Source, Express wire and BTS.
Assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLA’s, be prepared to put in some overtime when required as volumes fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.

Must have skills:
Solid knowledge of wire payments
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Being able to manage confidential information
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Ability to enter data 7000 keystrokes per hour

Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of Client source, express and Broadridge platforms
