Data Centre Operation Support Tech.

The Services at a high level, will include data center infrastructure support, hardware installation, troubleshooting, rack & stack activities, remote hands support, asset management, and day-to-day operational support to ensure reliable data center operations.

Details of Services will include:
Perform rack & stack activities, including server installation, relocation, minor cabling, labeling, and equipment setup.
Provide hardware break/fix support, including component replacement, diagnostics, and hardware validation.
Support server provisioning activities, including physical setup, firmware checks, and deployment readiness.
Handle remote hands support for infrastructure teams, including power cycling, console access, and physical troubleshooting.
Manage incident and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues as required.
Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add,



Change) for servers, network devices, and datacenter equipment.
Coordinate asset management and inventory records, including device tracking, tagging, and CMDB/DCIM updates.
Coordinate network and cabling activities, including patching, cable replacement, port verification, and connectivity checks.
In office monitor datacenter infrastructure health, identify alerts/issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams/vendors.
Update operational documentation, shift handovers, change records, and compliance with datacenter security procedures.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
