What You Will Do
As part of a small but mighty collaborativeteam, an Architectural Technologist works on all aspects of the construction anddesign process of new construction of mixed-use multi-residential buildings aswell as historical revitalization projects
- Construction-Ready Drawing Packages
- Quantity Take-offs
- Maintain sufficient caffeine intake
- Design Concepts
- Coordination and Review of drawing sets
- Site Visits of Projects
- Building 3D models
- Participate in full-filled team buildingactivities

Work Environment
Office based with a high-level of collaboration and open-airenvironment. There will be routine visits to construction sites, existingproperties and events outside of work hours (fun ones of course).
