Granite REIT seeks a Construction Manager for its industrial projects in Toronto. Play a key role in overseeing construction site readiness and driving project timelines. This position involves managing the construction and development of facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and partnering with various internal departments. You'll oversee budgets, tenders, and monitor progress to facilitate Granite's expansion across North America. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage construction project budgets
Prepare construction schedules with milestones
Ensure compliance with licenses and permits
Oversee tenant alterations and approvals
Collaborate with diverse internal teams and stakeholders Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
Familiarity with Yardi and Procore is a plus
Robust relationship management capabilities
