Phone Repair Technitian needed for a current location.

Wage is negotiable depending on expirience.
Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows platforms.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, camera fixes, and port repairs using hand tools and schematics.
Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems and mobile device applications to restore optimal performance.
Use analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions and implement effective solutions efficiently.
Assist customers with retail sales by explaining repair options, recommending accessories, and providing technical advice.
Maintain detailed repair logs and documentation for each device serviced, ensuring quality control.
Keep work area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary tools and replacement parts to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements




Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets; familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems is essential.
Solid understanding of computer hardware components, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques for macOS and Windows computers.
Proficiency with hand tools used in electronics repair along with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex issues quickly and accurately.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying technical backgrounds.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a energetic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
