As the General Manager, you will be accountable for the operational success of DCM's Brampton plant, aligning production, quality, and finance with corporate goals.

You’ll lead a team, focusing on skill development and fostering a culture of accountability and safety. Building solid client relationships is key, as you will be the escalation point for service issues while driving strategies for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full operational performance of the Brampton plant
Develop department heads and supervisors for succession planning
Maintain robust client relationships and manage service concerns




Drive strategies for continuous improvement and technology integration
Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
At least 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing
Exceptional financial management skills for cost control
Proven operational management experience
