We currently have a current prospect for a dedicated Children's Superintendent to join Group Premium Owner, growing and developing an outstanding nursery provision by utilising a passion for Early Years practice.

Job overview

You’ll provide leadership and management of the Nursery, effectively managing day-to-day operations whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and education are delivered by supporting staff with the strategic implementation, planning, and monitoring of Nursery provision and policies.

Job requirements
Minimum of a Level 3 Childcare qualification, with a teaching or Early Years qualification desirable
Experience of management within a nursery or Early Years setting including staff management
Extensive knowledge of EYFS practice, including statutory requirements, safeguarding and SEN inclusion
Excellent communication and organisational skills
