Position: Child Caregiver - Private Home Vacancy: 1 Wage: CAD$ 20.00 per hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30 40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:
Supervise and care for the child in the employer's home.
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child’s care.
Oversee the child's daily routines, including meals, homework, and extracurricular activities, as directed by the parents.
Maintain a secure, healthy, and clean setting in the home.
Encourage good personal hygiene and healthy habits.
Support the child's emotional well-being and encourage positive social development.
Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents.
Organize and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities such as games, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and outings.




Accompany the child to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as required.
Keep parents informed of the child's daily activities, behavior, and any health-related concerns.

Job Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required; • Minimum 6 months of child care experience or completion of a training program in child care or a related field is required; • Criminal record clearance is required.
