NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced catering supervisor based at Stratheden Hospital in North East Fife. You will supervise catering staff, prepare and present menus for patients, staff and visitors, and help maintain a clean, secure working workplace.
Flexibility to cover annual leave or sickness is required; up-to-date Food Hygiene certificates are essential, with NVQ 3 or City & Guilds qualifications preferred for progression. PVG clearance and weekend work may apply.
