Silverado Machine is a 23,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Southeast Calgary, AB. We have been operating in the Oil & Gas industry, manufacturing Well Completion products and offering custom machining services since early 2004.

What you will be doing:

A CNC machinist is responsible for multiple daily operations such as:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC Milling machines (Doosan & Mazak VMCs)
Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak controls preferred
Adjusting offsets to ensure accurately machined parts
Measuring components competently to tight tolerances
Accurately documenting and reporting set-ups for machined components
Selecting and carefully handling tooling

Qualification & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Must have CSA approved footwear
Must be able to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Positive attitude and able to work in fast paced, team oriented environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills




Able to work safely and responsibly
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
Owned tools - Asset but not required
