In Fort Langley, our bakery team starts early to make beautiful things by hand that draw people in day after day. We’re looking for a full time Baker who can bring consistency, care, and solid technical skill to that daily rhythm.

What You'll Do

You’ll be responsible for producing our daily selection of baked goods — from mixing and baking to finishing and presentation. This is a hands-on role where precision matters, timelines are tight, and quality is non-negotiable. You’ll follow established recipes, contribute to seasonal specials, and work closely with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and consistent.

What We���re Looking For
2+ years baking experience in a commercial or production kitchen
Solid skills in pastry, cakes, scones, muffins,



and similar baked goods
Solid knowledge of baking techniques, temperature control, and ingredient handling
Experience using commercial equipment like mixers and convection ovens.
Ability to follow recipes with precision and maintain quality in a high-volume setting
Awareness of food safety, allergens, and sanitation best practices (FOODSAFE is a bonus)
Punctuality and comfort with early morning shifts (5:00–6:00 a.m. start)
A calm, organized, and team-first mindset
