St. George Wellness Centre is looking to hire a receptionist for our clinic. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a welcoming environment, and has a natural ability to make people feel cared for.

The Role

You ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact to follow-up; This role blends administrative knowledge while of our service offerings.

Receptionist Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for current patient inquiries via phone, email, and online
Schedule current and returning patients with accuracy and efficiency, optimizing practitioner availability
Greet patients warmly, track intake paperwork, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out workflows
Inputting patient data, scanning letters or test results, and managing digital charts.
Handle patient billing inquiries, process payments.




Follow up with patient’s inquiries
Coordinate with the clinical team on scheduling, room readiness, and supply needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
WSIB and MVA record submissions
Open and closing procedures

Qualifications
5+ years clinic office management experience with MVA and WSIB
Strong proficiency with scheduling software, and standard office tools. Experience with Clinic Master software considered a bonus
Excellent communication and relationship building
Familiarity with medical terminology, and standard patient privacy/confidentiality protocols.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
