Duties:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread and pastry goods
Follow recipes and ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work setting
Assist with stocking, inventory, and other bakery-related duties as required

Experience:
Previous experience working in a bakery or food preparation workplace is an asset
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is an asset
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of baking tasks
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:
Must be available to start work at 4:00 AM.
Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg is an asset.
