Job Summary
Preparing batters, creams, fillings, crumbles, and chocolate work
Unmolding, wrapping, spraying, masking, and glazing cakes




Assembling cakes and assessing them for quality and improvements

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a commercial kitchen is required
Chocolate experience is an asset
Able to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized
Heavy lifting will be required
Positive attitude
Punctual
Self-motivated
Team player

Note: wage is negotiable based on experience.
