We are currently putting together a team of highly skilled bakers and we are looking for a Cake Artist Assistant to join our Custom and Wedding Cake Team for our ever-growing brand that is Daan Go at our 3380 Midland Ave, unit 11 location in Scarborough. Bake cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc from scratch
Decorate the above from start to finish using royal icing, fondant,



and buttercream
Assembling cakes and assessing them for quality and improvements
Sugar/Fondant sculpting
Previous experience decorating cakes and working with buttercream/fondant required
Gallery or portfolio of previous work required (we will not look at resumes without a portfolio)
Able to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized
Able to work independently and as a team
Able to follow tasks and directions
Some heavy lifting will be required
Reliable
Punctual
Self-motivated
