The Customer Service Administrator provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to ensure efficient warehouse and retail operations. This position supports inventory control, member or customer inquiries, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between the warehouse floor and office functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.A Day in the LifeReporting to theGeneral Manager, your job duties include:Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse management.Maintain office files, records, documents, and correspondence.Prepare reports, forms, purchase orders, and inventory paperwork.Answer telephones, respond to emails, and support internal and external inquiries.Provide excellent in-person and telephone customer service.Assist customers with warehouse inquiries, product questions, returns, or special orders.Resolve or elevate customer concerns in a professional manner.Assist with tracking shipments, receiving paperwork, and verifying deliveries.Support inventory counts, adjustments, and cycle counts.Ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and up to date.Enter data into inventory and retail point-of-sale systems.Coordinate with receiving, merchandising,
