Pal Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team!

We are currently looking for an experienced Full-time Automotive Service and Parts Advisor to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide outstanding customer service in an energetic, fast-paced work environment.

Pal Auto Service has been in business for more than 25 years. We strive to make every customer experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Our new state-of-the-art facility is NOW OPEN!

Position Description
Greeting service department customers in a polite and professional manner
Provide repair recommendations to customers and create repair orders
Accurately explain the nature of repairs being completed on customer vehicles
Answering inbound phone calls, providing price quotes,



and scheduling service appointments
Sourcing parts from various vendors

Requirements
Must have the ability to speak fluent English and Punjabi
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to sell required maintenance/repairs
