Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products with previous experience in the industry and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties
Provide personalized customer service by understanding individual customer needs
Demonstrate and sell beauty products to customers
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
Upsell additional products to increase sales revenue
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:
Proficient in English with robust communication skills
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail beauty environments
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks




Skilled in basic math for transactions and inventory management
Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Passion for beauty products and industry trends
