As part of Reboot Monkey's global team, you'll handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Data Center Technicians in regions like India, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

Your responsibilities include screening candidates, validating skills and experience, and managing DCT databases. Your insights will be crucial in maintaining our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC
Perform technical interviews for practical skill assessment
Organize and maintain a qualified DCT pool




Verify and manage technician credentials and references
Oversee onboarding and training processes for current DCTs Requirements:
