Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products and provide them with information on strains, usage, and effects. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK SATURDAYS 5:00PM TO 9:00PM AND SUNDAYS 1:00PM TO 9:15PM

Duties
Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and qualified manner
Educate customers on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary setting
Accurately handle cash transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Upsell products to enhance customer experience
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Adhere to all legal regulations regarding cannabis sales

Skills
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently




Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Ability to upsell products based on customer needs
Leadership qualities to guide and support team members

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
