Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd in the Beaconsfield area is seeking a Project Manager to lead a c. £9m office to residential conversion. You will manage in office activities, coordinate trades and ensure delivery on time and within budget under the supervision of a visiting Contracts Manager.
Experience delivering office-to-residential conversions is advantageous, but candidates with structural refurbishment and current-build residential exposure may also be suitable.
Salary guide: £75,000–£90,000 per annum.
