Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Stittsville, ON. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by transporting materials safely and efficiently, contributing to the success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities
Operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites
Winter work includes snow removal
Year round work
Ensure the protected loading and unloading of materials
Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles for safety compliance
Collaborate with site managers to coordinate delivery schedules




Maintain accurate logs of driving activities and material deliveries
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Assist with minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members regarding project needs.

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
Proven 3 years experience as a dump truck driver or similar role IS A MUST
Solid mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures
Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery is a plus (e.g., excavators, loaders)
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
