gained from 5+ years of direct AML KYC file completion experience in the Capital Markets industry;· Prior Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience; ideally in an outsourced vendor model;· Experience creating and/or editing procedures;· Experience supporting or implementing change management initiatives including process updates, stakeholder communication and adoption support;· Demonstrated ability to drive manual processes toward automation through data normalization.· Familiarity with CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Claude;· Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills; specifically including the ability to tailor message to audience knowledge;· Ability to provide and receive improvement-oriented feedback;· Experience with Fen-E an asset.
