Elevate cloud contact solutions as an AWS Amazon Connect Bilingual Test Analyst in Toronto. Engage in robust testing activities while collaborating with teams in French and English. We are in search of a skilled Bilingual Test Analyst with a focus on AWS and Amazon Connect.

This hybrid role will see you working directly with developers to ensure quality assurance in cloud-based contact center functionalities. Bring your testing expertise to validate both English and French customer experiences while working onsite 3 to 4 days a week. Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end testing of Amazon Connect applications
Conduct integration and regression testing for AWS services
Validate customer journeys and IVR functionalities in both languages




Review logs and troubleshoot using AWS tools
Document and track defects through to resolution Requirements:
Solid background with Amazon Connect and AWS services
Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
Experience with test case creation and defect documentation
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
