The Smile Haven is looking for a positive, compassionate, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments with warmth and professionalism.
Provide chairside assistance and four-handed dentistry.
Assist with restorative, endodontic, surgical, implant, Invisalign, and other dental procedures as required.
Take dental radiographs and digital records/scans within applicable scope and regulations.
Prepare and maintain operatories and clinical supplies.
Perform sterilization and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Anticipate the dentist's needs and help keep appointments running smoothly.
Communicate patient needs and observations clearly with the clinical team.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements
CDA Level II or Level I with HARP certification.
Current CPR certification.
Previous dental assisting experience preferred.




Strong understanding of infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable learning digital dentistry and new technology.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
