We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in a rapid-paced office environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office operations in our office, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records
Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets,



and presentations
Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing appointments
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies

Qualifications
Possess post-secondary diploma in business administration or equivalent
French is an asset, but not a requirement

Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Robust typing skills with a focus on efficiency and precision
