Event Design Company looking for Class 5 drivers to deliver event equipment, using company vehicles ranging from a cargo van to a 5ton truck.

Drivers will also be assisting with event set up and tear down.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class 5 Alberta Drivers License
5+ years driving experience in Canada (preferably Alberta)
2+ years commercial driving experience in Canada
Willingness and Availability to work irregular hours, including weekends and nights
Willingness and Ability to work out of town (for up to 6 days at one time)
Willingness and Ability to assist in the warehouse and at event set ups/tear downs
Ability to lift 30+ lbs, repeatedly

This is a permanent/hourly part time position. Hours vary depending on business levels with the potential of full time hours depending on availability and demonstrated work ethic.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the warehouse with pulling equipment needed for events.
Load trucks efficiently and according to the company's health and safety standards
Drive loaded trucks from the warehouse to the venue of the event, following all traffic rules and regulations issued by the government of Canada




Unload all equipment at the venue and move into the appropriate event space.
Potentially assist with setting equipment for the event
Work in the warehouse preparing future orders

Bonus Experience:
Experience in Events or Hospitality
Experience loading heavy furniture or equipment
Experience driving trucks
Forklift license
First Aid Certification
