Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest experience, positive food, excellent wine and a commitment to providing exceptional service and knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in restocking as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns or special requests.

Experience




Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is essential.
Strong math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements are necessary.
Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
