Position: Senior RPA Developer – Blue Prism & Power Automate

Job Description:

Seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate. The candidate will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot production bots, perform RCA, and collaborate with business/technical teams.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on Blue Prism – Object/Process Studio, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Control Room, deployment & maintenance.

Strong Power Automate – Cloud/Desktop Flows, Connectors, Power Platform integrations, attended/unattended automation.

RPA workflow/process analysis and end-to-end automation design.

VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript scripting/coding.

Integration experience with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise applications.

DevOps: Git, CI/CD,



automated testing, and setting promotion.

Production support, complex troubleshooting, RCA, bot monitoring, and issue remediation.

Automation best practices: reusable components, error handling, logging, and secure credential management.

AI/Intelligent Automation: document processing, data extraction, AI-assisted workflows, and tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Jira/Confluence or equivalent documentation/work-tracking tools.

Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, ownership, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred: Blue Prism Developer/ROM Architect certification, Microsoft PL-500/PL-900, and experience with UiPath/Automation Anywhere or Lean/Six Sigma.
