As a Resident Care Attendant, you will ensure residents' comfort and well-being by assisting with personal care needs, monitoring health changes, and implementing care plans in collaboration with nursing staff. Your compassionate care will foster a supportive environment, making a difference in residents' daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe residents and report any health changes to the Nurse
• Assist with personal hygiene and meals for residents
• Participate in developing and evaluating care plans




• Facilitate resident mobility and daily activities
• Work with the team in resident care meetings
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in care
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with dementia patients preferred
• Capable of handling physical tasks like lifting
