Seeking an experienced Dental office sterilization technician for our busy office. This is a full time role
The sterilization technician is responsible for productive operation of the sterilization centre and ensuring instruments and equipment is available when required by clinicians.
Your Role:
Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
Ensure a clean, protected, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
Collaborate with the clinical team to support effective patient flow
About You:
Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is required
Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting Program minimum level 1 is preferred
Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is required
