Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Reliable Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with horses and a strong commitment to maintaining a protected and clean environment for both the animals and staff. This position involves various tasks related to the care of horses and the upkeep of the stable facilities. 30 hours per week, mornings, 6 hours per day incuding weekends. Extra hours may be available periodically.

Responsibilities
Feed and water horses according to established schedules and dietary requirements.
Clean stalls, paddocks, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
Grooming and tacking up horses.
Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
General maintenance and yard work around the stable as needed.
Other duties as required.

Requirements
Previous experience working with horses is mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.




Solid physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail in carrying out daily tasks effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Mechanical and carpentry knowledge is an asset

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
