Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Assist in food handling and preparation to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and addressing guest needs promptly
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are upheld

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; a passion for coffee and customer interaction is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
Solid time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks required in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
