The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Prepare and serve High quality coffee and other beverages
operates espresso machines and grinders and other cafe equipment
helps make wraps and other assorted baked goods
maintains cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
greet and serves guests in a warm, professional manner
handles cash and transaction accurately
support general hospitality duties as needed ( e.g with breakfast and light snacks)
Previous barista or cafe experiences
comfortable living and working in a remote setting
basic math skills and cash handling skills
