What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our welders and production team to support a variety of welding and fabrication tasks, including:
Material Preparation: Help gather and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for welding projects.
Cleaning & Grinding: Prepare metal surfaces by removing rust and debris; perform grinding and sanding as needed.
Material Handling: Move materials to and from work areas safely using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.




Assembly Support: Hold or clamp metal parts in position for welding.
Tool Maintenance: Keep welding tools and equipment clean and in working order.
Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Quality Checks: Inspect finished welds and components for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
Documentation: Keep track of tasks completed, time worked, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Plus, other duties as assigned—we're a team and we support each other where needed.

Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
Basic knowledge of welding tools and techniques
Safety-conscious with robust attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Team-oriented and dependable
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
