Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food safety practices
Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and order accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience in food industry roles such as serving or hospitality is advantageous
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is beneficial but not required
