A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join its team. This is an excellent chance for a detail-oriented accounting professional with legal billing experience to join a collaborative and professional environment that values work-life balance.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of billing experience in a legal setting and will be comfortable managing the full billing cycle while providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the full billing cycle, including generating and sending client invoices
Assisting with time entry and bill review
Applying trust funds to client accounts
Identifying and addressing tax-related billing issues
Managing client billing communications
Assisting with Accounts Receivable as required
Supporting the accounting team with ad hoc projects

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Billing Clerk or Billing Specialist
Previous experience within a legal or professional services workplace
Completion of a post-secondary program or degree in accounting or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with accounting and billing software
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities




Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop positive, collaborative working relationships
