Licence/Certification:
Food Protected, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Managment and coaching of BOH personell.
Problem solving skills.
Expediting a busy restaurant passe.
Work well in a team environment.
Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends).
Maintain a clean workstation.
Effeciency and time managment.
